Children’s Rights Policy at Golden Bazaar Hotel

Children are the future entrusted to us. Recognizing them as individuals, respecting their rights, and protecting them from all forms of psychological, physical, commercial, and other exploitation is our primary responsibility.

To ensure this:

  • We do not allow child labor in our organization and expect the same sensitivity from all our business partners.
  • We provide environments and opportunities within our hotel that contribute to children’s development, where they can freely express their thoughts, wishes, and feelings, and feel comfortable and safe.
  • We provide training to our employees on preventing and identifying child abuse.
  • We ensure that children are under adult supervision during any activities they participate in.
  • We organize training programs and support relevant projects to raise awareness about protecting children’s rights.
  • If we witness any suspicious actions involving children, we immediately inform hotel management and seek assistance from official authorities when necessary.
